After MFA successfully installed , User can config your MFA's User(such as new user, delete user, change user etc.)/EMail Settings  by the configure guide for the first time.  You can also manually config by clicking the "User Config" from windows "Start-> All Programs->MyFolderAnywhere->Tools" .
